1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
During high-demand periods or holidays, processing times may take slightly longer.
You will be notified by email if any delay occurs.

We collaborate with trusted fulfillment partners across Europe and Asia to ensure smooth and secure delivery to customers worldwide.

We currently do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or countries under trade sanctions.


3. Shipping Methods and Carriers

Orders are shipped from our partner warehouses in Europe whenever possible (to ensure fast delivery and no customs delays).
Some international orders may be shipped from global fulfillment centers depending on stock availability.

Common carriers include DHL, DPD, GLS, PostNL, Royal Mail, UPS, FedEx, and YunExpress.

Every order is shipped with tracking, and you’ll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your package is dispatched.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details (number, carrier, and tracking link).
Please allow 2–4 days for the courier to update tracking information after dispatch.

If you haven’t received tracking details within 5 business days, please contact support@mercurylondon.co.


7. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For customers in the UK and EU, all prices include VAT and import duties β€” no hidden charges upon delivery.

For international customers (outside the UK/EU), your order may be subject to customs duties or local taxes imposed by your country.
Any such charges are the customer’s responsibility.

We always do our best to minimize or eliminate additional customs costs by using appropriate regional fulfillment.


8. Delays or Lost Packages

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please allow an additional 5–7 business days for potential transit or customs delays.

If the parcel is confirmed lost, we will resend or refund your order in full after verifying with our logistics partners.

We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by:

  • incorrect shipping address,

  • refusal to accept the parcel,

  • or prolonged absence at the delivery address.


9. Separate Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately from different warehouses to speed up delivery.
Each package will have its own tracking number.


10. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and correct before checkout.
Once the order is processed, we may not be able to modify or redirect it.

Packages returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may be subject to re-shipping fees.


11. Returns Due to Failed Delivery

If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable (wrong address, unclaimed, refused), we’ll process a refund minus shipping and handling costs, unless the issue was our error.
